Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Director. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and strategically expanding our presence in the commercial real estate or business finance sectors. The ideal candidate must be organized, outgoing, and proficient in utilizing our company CRM to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Requirements: 

  1. Business Growth Strategy:

    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business development in the commercial real estate or business finance sectors.

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and providing tailored solutions.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

  3. Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting our commercial real estate and business finance offerings.

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.

  4. Organizational Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team.

    • Provide guidance on effective sales strategies, client engagement, and market positioning.

  5. Utilization of CRM:

    • Utilize the company CRM to manage and track client interactions, sales activities, and deal progress.

    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained for effective reporting and decision-making.


  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

  2. Proven track record in business development within the commercial real estate or business finance sectors.

  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  5. Proficient in using CRM tools for efficient client management.
