Finance Transaction Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Business and Commercial Real Estate Finance Transaction Coordinator. In this key role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating all transactions related to business and commercial real estate. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, is adept at following specific instructions, and can maintain a high level of organization to keep deals progressing seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Management:

    • Coordinate and manage all aspects of business and commercial real estate finance transactions.

    • Ensure timely execution of tasks to keep deals moving forward without delays.

    • Proactively identify potential challenges and implement solutions to maintain transactional efficiency.

  • Communication:

    • Engage with diverse stakeholders, including clients, lenders, and internal team members.

    • Maintain open and respectful communication to facilitate smooth collaboration.

    • Provide regular updates to relevant parties, keeping them informed of transaction progress.

  • Documentation and CRM Management:

    • Follow precise instructions for documentation and record-keeping.

    • Take detailed notes within the company CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

    • Implement best practices for data organization and management.

  • Adherence to Guidelines:

    • Execute tasks in strict accordance with established guidelines and procedures.

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.


  • Proven experience in coordinating business and commercial real estate finance transactions.
